The Community Living Wingham & District is governed by a volunteer board of directors.
Suzanne Irwin-President
Suzanne resides in Lucknow. She has retired from teaching having served as a principal and vice principal. Suzanne’s hobbies include hiking, baking, photography and time with her grandson. Suzanne joined the Community Living Board as a way to support and represent individuals in our community, advocating for their complete integration into our rural community.

Debbie Fincher- Treasurer
Debbie resides in Wingham. She retired in 2020 and worked as a chartered professional accountant before retiring. Debbie’s hobbies are gardening, reading, walks with her dog and spending time with family and friends. Debbie chose Community Living as she was looking to contribute to a non profit organization that was in need of someone with an accounting background. Debbie believes Community Living helps to provide adults with disabilities a place to live that is their home and life support with dignity.

Lee Anne Gibbons – Director
Lee Anne resides in Wingham and works as a customer service rep and Bank of Montreal. Hobbies and interests are photography. Lee Anne joined the Board when she was recommended and referred by previous member.

Judy Peel – Director
Judy resides in Wroxeter and has been a Food Service Manager for 26 years. Hobbies and interests include watching her grandchildren play sports as well as reading and watching old movies.
Judy joined the Board 14 years ago with the goal of seeing how she could help.

Kathy Bridge – Director
Kathy joined the Board in 2024. Kathy is retired but enjoys doing sewing and crafts.
Kathy drives people to appointments and helps anyone that needs her. Kathy joined the Board as when her daughter was working with the individuals we support she got to know a number of them and would like to help in any way she can.

Mitch Wright – Director
Mitch is a resident of Wingham and employed at Bruce Power as a project manager. Mitch joined the Board to become involved in the community. Community Living was an easy choice as he knows one of the individuals.

Angela Hogg – Director
Angela resides in Wingham. She works as an insurance advisor. Angela’s hobbies are walking her dog, trying new recipes and fun day trips. Angela joined the board to be part of a team that champions inclusion and independence in the community for individuals of all abilities. She wants to collaborate with like-minded people who have the same compassion and commitment to empowering individuals, promoting dignity ad strengthening supports for families.

Cliff Man – Director
Cliff resides in Lucknow. Cliff is a retired business owner. He joined the Board in 2025. Cliff employed one of our individuals for many years. The idolization that the two had for each other was very special, which we could all see.
